About the PVR VR Chennai Anna Nagar
Situated in Anna Nagar, which can be considered one of the most prestigious areas in Chennai, VR Chennai has a leasable area of more than 2000000 sq. arm’s length of quality retailing space for shopping, eating out, or entertainment, as the case may be. It looks like the high towers typical for the temples of Tamil Nadu and the vibrant colors of the Madras check.
They have introduced decors in the middle part of the mall related to the Dashavatara or the ten incarnations of Lord Vishnu. A beautiful bell of 400 kg has also been placed inside the building, and walls embellished with murals done by the artists of Cholamandal Artists Village beautify the place.
The design of the building also has sub-divisions in that it is divided into specific sections that could result in people quickly knowing where they should be to get what they want. The campus includes about 249 retail stores showcasing the best-brand products and a dining hall, Madras House, which offers various foods.
In addition to the different brand outlets, the mall is equipped with excellent catering services, co-working spaces in the form of the Hive, a boutique hotel, and celebration spaces. There remains also a ten-screen multiplex known as PVR Icon, which, in my view, provides one of the best ways to watch a movie. However, aside from shopping, there is much more to appreciate in the mall; live bands sing on weekends, and on Sundays, the mall even opens its doors for a farmer’s market.
