Full job description
Our fast-paced clinics are seeking an X-ray technologist to add to our team. The technologist will need to demonstrate a strong work ethic, flexibility, dependability, and, most importantly, share in the atmosphere of teamwork. The candidate must possess a solid knowledge of responsibilities as a licensed Radiological Technologist and have the initiative to work independently. The applicant must have a current Louisiana State license as a radiographer or be board-eligible.
Your job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, diagnostic radiographs, fluoroscopy, monthly radiological quality assurance measurements, filing, and assisting in the laboratory.
The candidate will be required to learn specimen collection and laboratory testing. An orientation and individualized training will be provided based on your experience and level of competency. You must work Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. New graduates are welcome to apply, but knowledge is preferred.
